Le Lekaakang

Le Lekaakang follows naturally from the previous two songs Mohapeloa wrote, ’Mōpi oa Lefatše and Lefatše le Letle. They serve to remind us of the importance of the Christian faith to Mohapeloa and his community in Morija, the village in Lesotho where he spent most of his life. These devotional songs are usually more hymn-like than the songs he wrote about nature, the land, or the country and its people, although they are nevertheless more in the nature of choir anthems than congregational hymns.
