I’m dreaming of a white christmas (Irving Berlin, arr. Reddy)
Composed in Xmas 1986 as it says at the top of the score, Reddy's arrangement of Irving Berlin's famous tune shows him poised to enter his jazz phase and develop the style he called 'clazz'. A hand-written autograph is the only source, and it is not always easy to read, as well as having some gaps where Reddy obviously improvised. This edition therefore offers a more spread-out Sibelius version alongside the autograph, and we would welcome feedback via the Contacts page. A recording by Reddy elsewhere on this website shows how he interpreted is own arrangement.
